I was recently looking for a local garage to take my van for servicing and general maintenance (as and when needed). I came across Homestead garage and called them. First impressions were friendly and helpful, and they provided a courtesy car while my van was with them, fantastic. Great so far. I booked my van in and took it a few days later. The courtesy car had been held up so wasn't there. Not to let me down I was given a lift to work and the courtesy car was dropped off later at my home. All good. I was contacted about the cost of the work, and gave them the okay to go ahead. The van was ready two days later and all the work I asked for was done. I am very impressed by the staff I came across and happy with what was done. Customer service was second to none and as a female customer not once did I feel uneasy and vulnerable. I shall definitely be using them in the future. I would highly recommend them.
